I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the hotel's great location near the Lakeside at the center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms had a beautiful view of the mountains and some even had a balcony to enjoy the scenery. The hot water was stable and the rooms had all the essential requirements and full facilities. Breakfast was included and they had options for vegetarians.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Enjoyed my Xmas holiday at a hotel with great complimentary facilities. the location was superb as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful lakeside. the views from the room were breathtaking.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient as I had to climb several flights of stairs with my luggage. the shower configuration was not practical, causing the water to spill onto the floor.

Although the hotel was overall a pleasant experience, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent and could suddenly turn cold during use. The bed was also not as comfortable as expected, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
